Who we are
These terms are between you and JMDIGITAL SA, trading as Lynki (“Lynki”, “we”, “us”). Registered address: to be added before Paddle submission. By using the Lynki website, the Chrome extension, or a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
The service
Lynki is a Chrome extension that drafts LinkedIn comments and replies from the post, the existing comments, and the conversation tone. Setup includes connecting a Google account and adding your OpenAI API key. Paid plans add the items listed on the Pricing and Features pages. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Accounts
You must give accurate account information and keep your login and API key private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You will not use Lynki for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, hate, non-consensual sexual content, deepfakes, doxxing, malware, or scraping. You will not use it in a way that breaks LinkedIn’s terms, and you will not interfere with the security of the service. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the rights to any text you provide, and the comments you choose to post. AI output can be wrong. It is not professional advice, and you must review it before you use it.
Intellectual property
JMDIGITAL SA keeps ownership of Lynki, the extension, and the site. You keep ownership of the text you submit. You give us permission to process that text only to provide the service. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, email info@lynki.ai and we will review it.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices on the Pricing page. You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service for orders and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms are at paddle.com/legal/terms.
Refunds
The first purchase has a 14-day money-back window, as described in the Refund Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, a payment fails, or we need to address a security, fraud, or legal risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Lynki is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for Lynki in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where JMDIGITAL SA is registered. That country will be stated here before Paddle submission.
